How much will my medication cost?

Sometimes there is no cost to the patient, and sometimes a cost is incurred. Our goal is to provide competitive, consistent pricing – making sure patients always understand the true cost and options.

Where are your services available?

WellPoint is currently licensed to provide services in 48 states.

How do I get my refills?

If refills are already included in your written prescription, we will make sure you get them. We also have a reminder program to make sure you don't miss a refill. We can also directly contact your physician.

Is there paperwork for patients to complete?

In most cases, no. We work directly with attorneys, insurance carriers, physicians and other parties to complete all necessary paperwork.

What if I have questions?

Just contact us. Our team is specially trained to deal with Workers Comp/No Fault Auto accident and MSA pharmacy cases. We are always available to answer questions about your treatment, insurance coverage, billing or other related topics.

How long will I have to wait?

We do everything in our power to get your medicine to you as quickly as possible. If you need to make specific arrangements, just let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.

How does my medication arrive?

We either hand deliver or ship your medication. It arrives in temperature controlled, discreet packaging.

How do I get you my prescription?

You can come to the pharmacy with your script or have your physician send your prescription directly to us. We are set up to receive prescriptions via phone, fax and e-script. Please note, we may need the original prescription to fill a medication.

Do I need a prescription card?

No, you do not need a prescription card to use WellPoint.
